Apartments under the Oselya program

The Etalon clubhouse network joined the state affordable housing lending program "eOsel"!

Under this program, the following can purchase an apartment at 3% per annum:

-        military;

-        medical workers;

-        pedagogues 002_

-         scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers.

For others citizens, a mortgage at 7% per annum is available.

The terms of the program provide for a down payment of 20% and a loan term of up to 20 years.

📲 You can take out a mortgage through "Diya" by concluding an agreement with one of the five banks of your choice, and a new apartment from Etalon will be yours!
