According to an OLX survey, only 12% of Ukrainians plan to buy a home in 2025. This amounts to approximately 2.4 million potential buyers among the adult population (given that there are about 20.3 million solvent citizens aged 18 and over in Ukraine).

62% - access to infrastructure (hospitals, shops).
52% - autonomous heating.
34% - autonomous water supply.
33% - generator or alternative energy source.
31% - availability of a bomb shelter.
Expectations regarding prices:
31% expect prices to stabilise.
27% expect a rise in price, which will make the purchase less profitable.
In 2025, the real estate market in Ukraine will remain limited due to economic and military factors, but 2.4 million potential buyers may support demand, especially in the affordable housing segment and if credit programmes stabilise.
